A symposium “Enchainer 2k16” on Employability Challenges (Campus to Corporate), organized at Residential Campus on 6th April 2016. ‪#‎GIBS‬bring together the most influential peoples in the industry to fortify the passion that brings change in youth employability challenges. The speakers Mr. Raghunandan SV - shared the viewpoints about the importance of employability skills for youth & Ms.Preeja Sridhar provided a endowed talk on Self Management, Presentation and Present ability Skills. At last Panel members Ms. Geethanjali, Mr. Prashanth, Mr. Satish & Ms. Vidya facilitated Discussion on highlighting the aspects of employability skills.

Overall the symposium consisted of comprised speakers, led sessions, interactive knowledge-sharing and discussions on better preparations of young people to enter the world of employment structured on a series of plenary presentations on key, panel discussions and smaller group break-out sessions on specific topic.
