Mr. Sujit Lalwani -TLEL Panel Head /
GIBS Academic Board member conducted a 4th session on “Leadership” on 19th March, 2016 at
Residential campus.
He explained the concept of #leadership style
and how to identify its key #influences. He stressed on the balance between #focus
on task and focus on people and that the #balance should change according to
the given #situation. He also discussed the benefits of being flexible and the
importance of #emotional #Intelligence. He also enlightened students over the
philosophy of how “Leadership is not a goal, it is a reward”.
